FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacture of transverse impact samples with pointed V-notch and samples oriented along the thickness of rolled sheet in Z-direction, which are cut so that the notch is in the middle part of rolled sheet; determination of the impact strength value of samples of each type at operating temperature and ratio of values of impact strength of samples where - impact strength of samples with V-notch, which are cut from the middle part throughout the thickness of rolled sheet in transverse direction, - impact strength of samples with V-notch which passes in the middle part of rolled sheet in Z-direction. If the ratio of impact strength values is within 3-5, the rolled sheet is subject to drawing; if the ratio of impact strength values is more than 5, the rolled sheet is subject to hardening with further drawing.
EFFECT: improving reliability of determination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the degree of laminar metal structure of rolled sheet, and providing isotropy of rolled sheet properties.
