FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the method for obtaining heat-resistant titanium alloys using hot isostatic pressing (HIP), for manufacturing blades and discs of high and low pressure compressor, discs of GTE and power plants. Method for obtaining heat-resistant titanium alloys, which includes ingot melting, and performance of hot isostatic pressing is proposed. Hot isostatic pressing includes three stages: stage I - heating to temperature Tpt-(235÷285)°C, exposure for 1÷1.5 hours at pressure of 680÷730 atm, stage II - heating to temperature Tpt-(125÷155)°C, exposure for 1÷2 hours at pressure of 960÷1010 atm, stage III - cooling to temperature Tpt-(5-35)°C, exposure for 2÷3 hours at pressure of 870÷920 atm, where Tpt - temperature of alloy polymorphic transition.
EFFECT: improving mechanical properties of titanium alloys, which will allow increasing the service life and improving reliability of items of aircraft engineering.
