FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: high pressure bottle includes a neck at least in one of the bottoms, a thin-wall sealing liner from stainless thin-wall steel and an external pressure shell from composite material, which is formed with a combination of cover layers of group of bands oriented along the liner surface in geodetic directions with various angles and linear densities of reinforcing material threads located in them. The first one of them from the neck to the second one is the surface of geodetic isotensoid, and the next ones in the sections of their polar holes meet the following condition: where γ - angle between rotation axis and normal to the surface in the described section, T - breaking forces of reinforcing threads, n - reinforcement power (number of threads) in i cover layer, φi - reinforcement angle in the described section, r - radius of the described section, p - bottle pressure, and k - number of enclosed cover layers.
EFFECT: increasing strength and improving reliability at minimum weight and at limit loads.
