FIELD: storing or distributing gases or liquids.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas equipment, namely to high-pressure composite cylinders used, in particular, in gas supply systems, automotive industry, products of cryogenic and fire-fighting equipment, water treatment systems and other applications. Composite pressure cylinder comprises a thin-walled sealing liner and an external power shell formed by a combination of layers of high-modulus reinforcing material threads, with different angles and capacities of different reinforcement families. Each of the families of reinforcing threads on the outer surface of the opposite bottoms of the power shell forms annular bands with equal diameters Di. In the structure of the wall of the power shell along the surface between the base layer i and the next female layer i+1 there is a power frame formed from soft tapes from a material different from the material of the power shell, passing from one annular band with diameter Di of the base layer i, wherein the tapes, coming out from the annular band of the base layer, are looped back to the surface of the base layer i and form loops for the sling.
EFFECT: ensuring homogeneity of the structure of the material of the load-bearing shell and excluding the possibility of damage to the load-bearing shell of the cylinder.
