FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: burner with plasma ignition comprises at least two stages of flame tubes and a plasmotron to ignite coal dust in the flame tube of the first stage of the specified at least two stages of flame tubes, for which a torch of the flame tube of the previous stage is designed to ignite coal dust in the flame tube of the subsequent stage or to sustain burning in the supplied air in the flame tube of the subsequent stage, besides, the axial direction of the specified plasmotron is parallel to the direction, along which the flow of dust and air mixture arrives into the flame tube of the first stage, and parallel to the axis of flame tubes, besides, the specified burner comprises a deflecting pipe for direction of flow of the dust and air mixture into the specified at least two stages of flame tubes, in which one end of the deflecting pipe at the side of the flame tubes is parallel to the axis of the flame tubes, at the same time the specified plasmatron is made with the possibility of being inserted into the flame tube of the first stage via the wall of the specified deflecting pipe along the axial direction of the flame tubes. The burner comprises a guide plate installed along the axis of the deflecting pipe, besides, one end of the guide plate at the side of the flame tubes is parallel to the axis of the plasmatron. The guide plate continues to the area of the first stage flame tube inlet. Ends of the plasmatron and the guide plate are arranged at the axis of the flame tubes or are deflected from the axis of the flame tubes by the specified distance. The guide plate is made as flat or has bent surface. The burner comprises a wear resistant jacket designed for protection of the plasmatron. The windward surface of the specified wear-resistant jacket is V-shaped.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to prevent slagging of coal dust at the wall of the flame tubes.
