Pyrolysis boiler with a fluidized bed of a torch includes an external heat exchanger, a pilot burner with a blocking handle mounted on a gasifier provided with a lid, the shell of which is an internal heat exchanger and is inserted into the outer heat exchanger along the three guide plates at an angle of 120 degrees. In the upper part of the boiler, the internal heat exchanger is connected to the outer heat exchanger by four plates at an angle of 90 degrees. Ash pit is provided with a door and a secondary air supply with a secondary blast pipe, it is installed on two supports of the secondary air box, and the firebox at the bottom of the ash pan, air valve and safety valve are installed on the external heat exchanger. Top cover-chimney with the bypass branch pipe is docked to the common flange of the external heat exchanger. Firebox with a fluidized-bed grid containing holes of small diameter, whose total area is equal to the area of the openings of the tuyeres of the firebox, is equipped with a primary air fan and a regulating throttle. Return and direct water pipes are welded to the external and internal heat exchangers, respectively. Firing and loading doors are rigidly connected by ducts to the external and internal heat exchangers.
