FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: coordinates of targets are detected with the help of a survey facility and are sent to a subdivision commander's panel, location survey is done for positions of subdivision weapons in the subdivision commander's panel, settings of firing are calculated in the subdivision commander's panel for the specified target and weapon. The message on firing settings of the subdivision is generated in the form of a single message, which contains numbers of weapons, for which these settings are intended, and firing settings for these weapons. The message on firing settings is sent to the subdivision as a broadcasted message at once to all weapons of the subdivision by means of a weapons terminal joined with the subdivision commander's panel by a digital radio communication channel. In the weapons terminal of each weapon as the message is received with firing settings, information is sought for in it, related to this weapon, and if such data is available, appropriate firing settings are sent to the screen of the weapons terminal, and also a response message is generated on receipt of firing settings for a particular weapon and is transferred to the subdivision commander at the moment of time: T=Treceipt + No.Di*ΔT, where T - a moment of time, when it is necessary to send a response message, Treceipt - a moment of time, when a message was received on firing settings, No.Di - an order number of a weapon data unit in a single message with firing settings, ΔT - a time of response message transfer, from the subdivision commander's panel repeated transfer of firing settings is carried out to those weapons that did not send a response message.
EFFECT: reduced time for delivery of firing settings to subdivision weapons in order to reduce time of subdivision preparation for starting of fire.
