FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: setup includes the base, load exciter, load converter connected to the exciter by means of a stop and including the housing with two walls between which there arranged is radial gear element with turning gear, passive grip for compression of a specimen, which is fixed on radial element and active grip for specimen compression, which is connected to the grip. The setup is provided with specimen bending grip, two guides fixed on gear element, two pushers installed mutually perpendicular on the appropriate guides, two L-shaped elements some ends of which are connected to each other and hinged to the stop, and the other ends are located mutually perpendicular and supported on the appropriate pushers with possibility of being offset in the directions perpendicular to axes of pushers. One pusher is connected to active grip and the other one is connected to the specimen bending grip.
EFFECT: increasing the volume of information by means of tests at smooth control of the ratio between axial compression load and bending load as per three-point diagram in the range of change from entire compression to entire bending during the tests without the specimen's unloading.
