FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring the outer and inner diameter of a standard sample which is in form of a hollow cylinder with known heat conductivity and heat capacity; the dispersed or paste-like analysed material is put into said cylinder; heat is supplied to standard and analysed samples by placing said standard and analysed samples into a preheated temperature-controlled air bath; temperature at the centre of the analysed sample, the surface of the standard sample and the boundary of their thermal contact is recorded, after which thermophysical characteristics are determined while varying temperature on the outer surface of the analysed and standard samples.
EFFECT: determining three variable effective thermophysical characteristics of dispersed and paste-like materials, low labour input and material consumption, high accuracy of results and wider range of the dynamic parameter which characterises the value of the temperature variation interval of the analysed substance.
