FIELD: measuring techniques.
SUBSTANCE: method implements pulse thermal action from a line thermal source in the plane of contact of the test and reference models. Redundant temperature is measured at one point located at a fixed distance from the line of heating in a given time interval. An inverse problem for the coefficient is solved for this process using an iterative regulation method for the initial thermal conductance problem. When solving the inverse problem, a numerical method for calculating discrepancy as a weighted square of deviation of test data and a discrete mathematical model with a minimum value of discrepancy.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of identifying a system of thermo-physical properties of hard materials; less time spent on measuring.
