SUBSTANCE: non-destructive test device of part (4) subject to mechanical stresses by means of radiation dispersion analysis; at that, the above device (1) includes measuring devices having the possibility of determining the radiation field of the surface of the above part; at that, the above measuring devices are integrated to flexible substrate (2) intended to be applied to the surface of the above tested part and repeating the part's shape. The above measuring devices include a network of radiation microprobes (3); at that, each radiation microprobe (3) includes the element having the possibility to convert the radiation radiated with the surface of the above part to electric charges; at that, the above element is connected to the device transferring electric charges to receive electric charges or membrane (7) from temperature-sensitive liquid crystals and a network of optoelectronic microprobes (6), which is applied to the above membrane (7) of temperature-sensitive liquid crystals.
EFFECT: implementing the monitoring allowing to follow up the fatigue state of the part and the compliance of the design with the requirements for the aircraft at various stages of its service life.
