FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: power generation indices are measured. Linear relations are detected between actual consumption of energy resources and efficiency for every j technological and auxiliary production. Rational and actual values of absolute and specific consumption of energy resources are detected for each k point of time in the basic and considered period under actual efficiency. Energy effectiveness ratio is determined for each j production and every i type of an energy carrier. Based on the sign and value of energy effectiveness ratio, the conclusion is made on deviation of actual consumption of energy resources from the rational one. Simultaneously energy production parameters are determined - gross emissions/waste for every j technological and auxiliary production. Linear relations are detected between actual gross emissions/wastes and efficiency, which are proportional to actual power consumption. Rational and actual values of gross and specific emissions/wastes are detected for each k point of time in the basic and considered period under actual efficiency, which are proportional to rational and actual values of absolute and specific flow of energy resources. Ratio of environmental conditions variation is determined for each j type of an energy carrier and each i production, which characterises deviation of the actual specific volume of emissions/wastes from its rational value. Criteria of energy efficiency and variations of environment conditions are assessed as a complex on the facility using produced values of energy effectiveness ratios and environment conditions variation ratios. A complex of actions is developed, which simultaneously provides for reduction of actual consumption of energy resources and lower specific quantity of emissions per unit of produce.
