FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat power engineering and is intended for automatic control and operational control of the boiler unit. The automatic control and monitoring system of the boiler unit 1, operating on gaseous fuel, includes sensors 2, 3, 4 and 5 for measuring the components in the exhaust gas, sensors 14 for the pressure and flow of fuel and air 11 connected to the programmable logic controller 16, which generates signals for transmitting them actuators 17 and 18. According to the invention, the programmable logic controller 16 additionally includes a unit 15 for calculating the technical and economic indicator (TEP) of the boiler unit 1 associated with the counter 13 of the gaseous fuel consumption, the counter 8 of the steam consumption and the unit 20 for regulating the air pressure. Through a personal computer 22, the programmable logic controller 16 is connected to the information display device 23 and the dispatching unit 25. Also presented is a method for automatic control and monitoring of a boiler unit operating on gaseous fuel.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of an industrial boiler unit due to the possibility of real-time adjustment of its technical and economic indicators (TEI), improving the environmental performance of the installation operating on gaseous fuel, as well as simplifying its operation.
