FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly reconstructive surgery. A bed is formed in a recipient zone to overlap a contact line of bone fragments. The bed in the recipient zone has a greater curvature than a free surface of a cortical plate of an autograft. The mid-portion of the cortical plate is deflected at elastic strain to provide a full contact of the cortical plate of the autograft with the bed surface. Then the mid-portion is fixed to one of bone fragments of the recipient zone. One end of the cortical plate is fixed to the same bone fragment. In an alternative version, the bed in the recipient zone has a lesser curvature than the free surface of the cortical plate of the autograft. Then the cortical plate is deflected at elastic strain to provide a full contact of the cortical plate of the autograft with the bed surface. The ends of the cortical plate are fixed.

EFFECT: method provides reduced length of treatment ensured by adequate fulfilment of well blood supplied, osteogenetically active cortical graft, reduced risk of postoperative complications.
