SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to a solid dosage form for oral administration, containing 5-chlor-N-({(5S)-2-oxo-3-[4-(3-oxo-4-morpholinyl)]-phenyl]-1,3-oxazolidin-5-yl}-methyl)-2-thiophene carboxamide in an amorphous form or in thermodynamically metastable crystalline modification with a fast-release active substance. The active substance (I) is transformed in the amorphous state by a solution method with using acetic acid as a solvent and adding suitable excipients, preferentially, polyvinylpyrrolidone, or by an extrusion melting method with using polymer - hydroxypropyl cellulose or polyvinylpyrrolidone. The active substance (I) is transformed in the thermodynamically metastable crystalline modification by a melting method with using suitable excipients, preferentially polyethylene glycol.
EFFECT: dosage forms according to the invention are characterised by high release rate and better solubility of the active substance.
