FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method is realised in the following way: daily urine is mixed, its unit weight is determined, with unit weight equal or higher than 1.020, sample of daily urine is dissolved with distillated water until unit weight is less than 1.020. Then it is centrifuged at 3000 rotations/min during 10 minutes. To centrifugate added is acetonitryl in volume ratio 1:1, mixed and centrifuged at 3000 rotations/min during 30 minutes. Then, supernatant is collected, which is introduced into distillated water in ratio 1:9, mixed and spectrophometered in the interval of wavelength 210-300 nm. Value of optical density is determined at 210, 220, 230, 240, 250, 260, 270, 280, 290 and 300 nm, after that total optical density is determined by calculation formula. Disturbance of functional kidney condition is determined by the value of total optical density equal or higher than 30 units.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to determine kidney malfunctions and gives possibility to realise control of efficiency of carried out treatment.
