FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: on solid carrier covalently immobilised is affine ligand, which contains one or several hydrophobic functional groups and one or some cation functional groups. At least, one hydrophobic functional group is separated, from, at least, one cation functional group by distance between binds from 5 Ǻ to 20 Ǻ. Ligand has molecular weight not more than 1000 Da, consists of not less than 5 residues, which obligatorily contain structure X1-X2-X3. Said structure is bound with solid carrier by linker. Each of X1, X2, X3 is selected from corresponding group of compounds, Also described are versions of solid carrier with similar structure, but without linker. Also claimed is method of isolating antibodies or their derivatives based on solid carrier. Affine resin has capacity of binding more than 5 mg of multi-channel antibody on ml of affine resin and can be applied in purification of antibodies and their derivatives.
