SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the novel cyclopeptides of the formula: cyclo-(nArg-nGly-nAsp-nD-nE) where n, D and E have values given in the invention claim and to pharmaceutical composition based on thereof that showing inhibitory activity with respect to α∨β3 and/or α∨β5-integrins and to method of preparing pharmaceutical composition showing inhibitory activity. Cyclopeptides act as inhibitors of integrins and can be used for treatment and prophylaxis of tumors and/or metastasis.
