FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: complex hardware transport communication network has an operator automated workstation (AWS), a local area network switch (LANS), first, second and third composite signalling system multiplexers (CSSM), first and second Ethernet electronic stream crosses, first and second electronic stream crosses E1, a multi-protocol information encryption device (MED) based on a cryptorouter, an integrated switch (IS), broadband radio access stations and radio-relay stations, a synchronous input-output multiplexer (SIOM) of an SDH system, HDSL modem(s), data transmission apparatus (DTA), frequency and time reference signal receivers (FTRSR) - from the core network for clock network synchronisation of the combined automated digital communication network (CADCN), from Russian GOST radio stations and from GLONASS, and synchronisation signal multiplying apparatus (SSMA), with the corresponding connection circuit.

EFFECT: enabling deployment of a transport communication network of a synchronous digital hierarchy (SDH) system, enabling organisation of transit transmission of data streams, by-passing the real-time switching device, enabling organisation of communication with near and far users over electrical cables, and enabling creation of a distributed network for clock network synchronisation of the transport communication network.
