In the disclosed solution, AWS of officials are provided for real-time communication with equipment for privacy video conferencing and documenting devices, as well as AWS officials for technological control of communication with IP-camera video surveillance, in addition, the disclosed solution comprises network switching devices.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of arsenal of facilities for arrangement of mode of multi-protocol privacy video conferencing, possibility of monitoring and controlling elements of automated system for exchange of documentary information; implementation of video surveillance by AWS of officials of real-time communication control over actions of officials of AWS technological communication control.
