FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: base station has a scheduler which performs scheduling with fixed resource allocation for data transmission during given time intervals, and a scheduling information generating unit which generates scheduling information and transmits scheduling information to a given mobile station when performing scheduling with fixed resource allocation. Scheduling information includes resource allocation information which indicates a radio resource allocated to a given mobile station over given time intervals during scheduling with fixed resource allocation.
EFFECT: possibility of changing a resource allocated to a mobile station in a fixed manner for each scheduling period with fixed resource allocation.
