Scheduling information includes resource allocation information which indicates a radio resource allocated to a given mobile station over given time intervals during scheduling with fixed resource allocation.

EFFECT: possibility of changing a resource allocated to a mobile station in a fixed manner for each scheduling period with fixed resource allocation.
