SUBSTANCE: terminal device is made with the possibility of: reception of a transport block in a primary cell in a subframe i; in case of transmission of HARQ-ACK and a positive planning request – selection of the third transmission method, if a subframe j in a secondary cell does not correspond to any of the first prescribed subframes, and selection of the fourth transmission method, if a subframe j corresponds to any of the first prescribed subframes; and transmission of HARQ-ACK on PUCCH resource for a planning request, wherein the subframe j is set based on at least (I) whether the first parameter is configured to the primary cell, (II) whether the first parameter is configured to the secondary cell, and (III) the search space, in which PDCCH is transmitted to plan the transportation block.
EFFECT: providing effective transmission and effective reception of uplink control information.
