FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal deaeration of fluid and may be used for removal of non-condensing gases from steam turbine feed water. Proposed deaerator comprises accumulation tank with branch pipe to suck off non-condensing gases column arranged there between and made up of water-jet injector with water feed device and steam riser manifold. Water feed device is made up of radial-flow nozzles arranged regularly along column cross section. Said circular steam riser manifold is communicated with said column by radial webs. Tapered drip deflector is arranged at column outlet. Every nozzle comprises axially symmetric case wit its axis perpendicular to manifold tube opening axis. Casing shape represents truncated ellipsoid or paraboloid of revolution. Straightening element with central sleeve is arranged in nozzle on manifold tube flow opening side. Nozzle case has two ledges opposed perpendicular to nozzle axis to allows fastening to manifold by locks. Nozzle case bottom has taper throttle orifice communicated with mixing chamber arranged between throttle orifice and mixing chamber.
EFFECT: lower drag, better fluid spraying.
