FIELD: method for estimation of true prescription of death coming based on the heat method.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the area of medicine, namely to forensic medicine. For estimation of prescription of death coming using the head method the twofold measurement of corpse temperature in the depth of its brain and the environment temperature. The prescription of the coming of death (PCDa) is calculated using its brain temperature in accordance with the formula: where T1 is the temperature of the corpse at the moment of its first measurement, °C; T2 is the temperature of the corpse at the moment of its first measurement, °C; TС is the temperature of the environment, °C; Δτ - time interval between temperature measurements, hour. The calculation of the range of true The prescription of the coming of death (PCD) using the brain temperature is determined using the formula: 1.037x PCDa-1.729≤PCD≤1.037x PCDa+0.763; where PCDa is the calculated value of the prescription of the coming of death, hours; PCD - true value of the prescription of the coming of death, hours.

EFFECT: method increases the precision of determination of true prescription of the coming of death using heat method due to taking into account individual duration of non-stationery temperature conditions of the corpse in initial period of its cooling, that is caused by the use of precise ratios during mathematic calculation taking into account thermal particularities of used diagnostic zone.
