FIELD: chemical industry and automobile construction.
SUBSTANCE: method refers to the production of reducing agent composition used in selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides. Reducing agent includes from 20 to 40% mass.% of calurea, from 20 to 40% mass.% of ammonium formiate and water. Water solution of ammonium formiate is made in situ using ammonium and formiate sources as initial substances. Then calurea is added to this water solution. The source of ammonium is hydrogen nitride, and the source of formiate - formylic acid or methylformiate. First, at the stage A, water solution is made containing from 20 to 55 mass.% of ammonium formiate (i) from formylic acid, hydrogen nitride and water or (ii) from methylformiate, hydrogen nitride and water. At the stage B the calurea is added to the water solution containing from 20 to 55 mass.% of ammonium formiate produced at the stage A. The second option is to produce water solution containing from 20 to 55 mass.% of ammonium formiate in the tubular reactor (i) from formylic acid, hydrogen nitride and water or (ii) from methylformiate, hydrogen nitride and water. At this calurea is added directly into the circulating flow of tubular reactor at the same technologic stage.
EFFECT: simple way to produce recovery agent composition with low additive volume, allows reducing capital and operation costs.
