FIELD: haircut device.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to method of detection of contamination of electric drive cutting instrument and haircut device containing the device of detection of contamination of cutting instrument. The method of contamination detection includes analysis of a parameter which is connected to corresponding state of moving cutting instrument. The method is used to control oscillating electric drive or linear drive. Changes of the parameter are regularly registered and they change the contamination counter measurements as soon as its value will at least exceed threshold value. Then the message about reaching or exceeding the threshold value is sent by known means.
EFFECT: creation of method of detection of contamination of cutting instrument moving up and down and driven by oscillating electric drive or linear electric drive.
