FIELD: fuel chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the burning-enhancing gasoline additive. The additive contains organic nitric compound with dissociation energy of C-NO2 bond from approximately 60 to approximately 80 kcal/mol of compound. Organic nitric compound is selected from group consisting of N-alkynnitroaniline; alkylnitroanisole; nitrofurfuril nitrate; alkylnitrophenol; N,N-dialkynnitroaniline and alkynnitrobenzene. At the same time the organic nitric compound is not nitrotoluene or dinitrotoluene. The invention also refers to gasoline composition including gasoline and the burning-enhancing gasoline additive. The additive is used for enhancing effectiveness of gasoline burning and enhancing productivity of gasoline burning. The use of additive provides for increased gasoline savings and decreased exhaust at gasoline composition burning. The speed of burning at high temperature of baseline gasoline is increased, the ignition properties of spark-ignited engines are improved.
EFFECT: invention provides for decrease of ignition failures, prevents partial burning and improves cycle to cycle variation in spark-ignited engine.
