SUBSTANCE: described are the methods which include coded block(s) generated by turbo code, these blocks include systematic bits, parity bits 1 and parity bits 2. The bit type is identified for bit division into separate groups. Systematic bits are interlaced to produce a randomised sequence of systematic bits. Parity bits 1 are interlaced to produce a randomised sequence of parity bits 1, parity bits 2 are interlaced to produce a randomised sequence of parity bits 2. Randomised sequences of parity bits 1 and parity bits 2 are interlaced. The randomised sequence of systematic bits is inserted into the cyclic buffer, after the insertion of the whole sequence the interlaced parity bits are inserted into the cyclic buffer (for example, until the buffer is full). Bits inserted into the cyclic buffer are transmitted.
EFFECT: simplification of the transmission speed smoothing.
