FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: bits contained in each code unit of a transport block may be entered into an associated circular buffer and may be transmitted via a channel. Each circulator buffer may vary in size proportionally to a size of an appropriate code unit. Therefore, since in certain operating environments the code units for a transport block may vary in size, the circular buffers may also vary in size. Accordingly, when not all data from a transport block and/or a massif of circular buffers may be sent via a channel, each circular buffer from the massif may transfer a part of bits proportional to a size of an associated circular buffer (or an according code unit or a coded unit). Besides, a number of bits transferred from each circular buffer may be limited with a combined balance for all circular buffers and may be additionally limited with integer multiple values of modulation order for a transport unit.

EFFECT: simplified procedures of speed transfer matching.
