FIELD: computer equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to speed matching means for polar codes. To this end, methods are proposed to perform speed matching for polar codes by means of circular buffered polar-coded bits. Embodiments are aimed at methods of functioning of transmitting node in wireless system, including performance of polar coding of set of information bits in compliance with polar sequence of length N_B, in order to generate N_B of coded bits. Method may further include interleaving the encoded bits to thereby provide a sequence of interleaved encoded bits, and storing the sequence of interleaved encoded bits in a circular buffer of length N_B. According to specific embodiments, the method may further include extracting the rate-coordinated N coded bits for transmission from the circular buffer.

EFFECT: technical result is providing optimum efficiency and matching speeds for polar codes.
