SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of coding and can be used to coordinate the speed of the polar code. Method includes steps of: performing matrix interleaving with inverting the BRO bit ordering over the non-systematic polar code output by the polar coder to obtain interleaved bits and determining, based on the interleaved bits, an output sequence with a matched rate.
EFFECT: reduced frequency of errors in a frame, thereby improving efficiency of HARQ and ensuring reliability of data transmission.
