SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of agriculture. The suggested closed milk cooling unit includes a thermally insulated horizontal cylinder tank 1 with circulating heads 4, a motor reduction unit 5, a mixer 6, a top access door 7, and a sealed cover 8, a deeply expanded slot condenser of the bottom 9 fabricated by seam welding with a jet pump 10 and a suction header 11 connected correspondingly to a delivery 12 and a suction 13 piping of the compression-condensation unit 14. The slot condenser of the bottom 9 is a two panel one and contains lateral horizontal slots that occupy all the bottom half of the tank cylinder 1 with turning hollows 20 in the shape of curves of the back edge of each panel, and with lower jet pump "semi-curves" and upper collector "semi-curves" of the front edge of each panel. The suction piping of the compression-condensation unit 14 is connected to the upper part of the collector "semi-curves" of each panel, and its delivery piping - with the lower part of the jet pump "semi-curves" of each panel.

EFFECT: simplification of the design, reduction of the unit size, improvement of the operability.
