FIELD: automatic umbrella.

SUBSTANCE: this invention refers to the automatic umbrella, in particular, to the blocking device for the automatic umbrella. The blocking device is an application to the automatic umbrella which consists of the central rod with the upper and lower pipes telescopically connected along the axis of elongation. The central rod mentioned above has the upper side end and lower end. The umbrella contains the upper plug and the sticks housing that are fixed on the upper side end and the lower end of the rod. The umbrella also includes the central rod able to slide within the upper and lower positions far and near the specified lower end. The umbrella concerned contains the opening spring set in the central rod. It serves for shifting the upper pipe from the pulled in position where the upper plug is close to the stick housing, strained position where the upper plug is far from the stick housing. The umbrella also comprises the edge-and-brace system connecting the upper plug and the roller, able to unroll when the roller is moved to the upper position and furl when the roller is moved to the lower position. The umbrella contains the lock member for the exclusion of the upper pipe moving to the pulled in position by means of the counteracting to the string opening mechanism. Besides the blocking device includes the pull-type cord with the tightly fixed end. It enables intension shift from the upper plug to the first cord segment which is reeled on the roller and goes from the tightly fixed end to the roller. The first cord segment goes through the upper plug down to the second cord segment passing to the central rod along the travel direction and ends with the fixed end on the stick housing.

EFFECT: invention serves to producing the blocking device for the automatic umbrella which prevents undesirable opening of the umbrella while drawing the telescopic rod having a simplified construction.
