SUBSTANCE: patient's liver is incised on its diaphragm surface, along projection of line connecting right edge of vena cava inferior, outer edge of right triangular ligament and right edge of gall bladder bed. EFFECT: resection becomes less traumatic; shorter operation duration; postoperative complications occur less frequently.
