FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of medicine and in particular to traumatology and orthopedics. The means stipulates the application of temporary combination of constant skeletal traction with submersible constructions: the base and screws. Herewith the fibular bone is reduced and fixed as well as the shin bone from one and the same operative approach. The common instructions are used. The screws are set from inside out at an angle of 300 to the frontal plane.
EFFECT: means allows effective fixation of the fragments and splinters as well as reduce the probability of necrotic and virulent inflammatory diseases.
