FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: device includes reactor-separator, side feeders with channels, pelleting machine and heat exchange devices of the first, second and third stage. At that, reactor-separator is made in the form of cylindrical chamber with hollow rod electrode with heat exchange elements, channel for evacuation of exhaust gases and distillates and electromagnetic coil. Heat exchange device of the first stage is made in the form of drum mixer for simultaneous drying and heating of raw charge to temperature of more than 100°C with hot clinker supplied from pelleting machine. Heat exchange device of the second stage for supply of heated raw charge is made in the form of hollow housing enveloping cylindrical reactor chamber. And heat exchange device of the third stage is made in the form of plasmotron-heat calcinator equipped with overloading flanges or conveying screw for raw charge passage when orifice gas is supplied, and heat exchange device of the first stage is made in the form of drum mixer.
EFFECT: excluding heat losses to atmosphere, maximum use of energy of exothermic reactions, minimum consumption of power resources required for clinker formation, considerable increase of efficiency of reactor and quality of cement clinkers.
