FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: slot line contains dielectric substrate 1 with ferroelectric film BaxSr1-xTiO3 2 placed on it, where electrodes 3 are located separated by the slot and ferroelectric film is formed in shape of several subsequently placed based on the fuel thickness nano-sized layers with different x content in the films but with constant x content in each of them, and the x value is chosen based on condition of closeness of value of phase constant in all points of operating temperature range.
EFFECT: increased thermal stability of slot line parameters.
