SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device (8, 18) of a spike for a sole (9) of a non-slipping shoe (1) and contains a spike (22, 32), the elastic means which is made in such a way that it can be used to replace a spike (22, 32) into the protruding position of the sole (9) of the shoe (1) in case of the load to prevent sliding and replacement of the spike (22, 32), at least partially, into the sole (9) while returning into the unloaded condition. The elastic means comprises an elastic diaphragm (25a, 35a) having an inner part (25b, 35b) and the outer part (25e, 35e), surrounding the inner part (25b, 35b), where the inner and outer parts (25b, 35b, 25e, 35e) are resiliently movable relative to each other. Node (21, 31, 22, 32) of the spike contains a spike (22, 32) located in the hole (25d, 35d) in the inner part (25b, 35b) of the diaphragm (25a, 35a) so that the spike (22, 32) protrudes in the axial direction from the diaphragm (25a, 35a). The node (21, 31, 22, 32) of the spike is mounted to be movable in an axial direction and with the possibility of fixation relative to the hole (25d, 35d) so that it provides the ability to replace the node (21, 31, 22, 32) of the spike with the inner part (25b, 35b) of the diaphragm (25a, 35a). The device (8, 18) of the spike additionally comprises a guiding and supporting means (23, 33) for directing the replacement in the axial direction of the node (21, 31, 22, 32) of the spike when moving of the inner part (25b, 35b) of the diaphragm towards its outer part (25e, 35e). The invention also relates to the boot containing such a device of the spike.
