SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fabric shielding electromagnetic radiation. Fabric comprises non-conductive woven layer (101) comprising a plurality of non-conductive warp threads (22; 32) and a plurality of non-conductive weft threads (24a-b, 34a-f), wherein non-conductive warp threads (22; 32) and non-conductive weft threads (24a-b, 34a-f) are made from non-conductive material. Furthermore, the fabric comprises a conductive woven layer (111) comprising a plurality of conductive warp threads (21; 31) and a plurality of conductive weft threads (23; 33), Note here that conductive warp threads (21, 31) and conductive weft threads (23; 33) are made at least partially of electrically conductive material. Non-conductive woven layer (101) defines patterned surface (10) of fabric (1; 2; 3), and conductive woven layer (111) defines mesh structure (11), wherein non-conductive woven layer (101) and conductive woven layer (111) are intertwined so that fabric (1; 2; 3) comprises a plurality of sectors (25a-b; 35a-b), where each sector (25a-b; 35a-b) contains binding points (B1, B2, B3).
EFFECT: constant and uniform shielding effect while providing regular mesh structure of conducting threads and reliable contact of threads.
