SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tea-making devices. Device for making beverage from a capsule containing ingredients of the beverage contains an element retaining a capsule, which contains an extrusive chamber located next the retaining chamber and a non-supporting site, which is situated in the extrusive chamber next to the retaining chamber to remove the capsule through the non-supporting site out of the device when repeated opening of the envelope elements. The retaining chamber and the extrusive chamber are separated by a device for holding the lateral surface which creates a certain resistance to bending of the flexible edge of the capsule in the longitudinal direction during longitudinal movement of the capsule from the retaining chamber into the extrusive chamber. And the chamber retaining the capsule has a cross-section which dimensions are larger than the size of the said second envelope element.

EFFECT: invention enables to improve reliability of the device operation and to reduce the cost of manufacture.
