FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system, device and method for brewing the capsule. The device comprises a first portion of the chamber and a second portion of the chamber, movable relative to each other so as to move between an open position and a closed position. The device additionally comprises a capsule manipulation device provided to enable the possibility of insertion in it of the capsule and to locate the said capsule in the brewing position, at that the capsule manipulation device retains the capsule in the brewing position when the capsule manipulation device is in the ready position. When the first portion of the chamber and the second portion of the chamber are moved relative to each other from the closed position to the open position, the capsule can fall freely from the brewing position by gravity when the capsule manipulation device is in the removal position.
