FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method is realised in a diaphragm cell in an anion exchange membrane with anode-current density less than or equal to 0.05 A/cm2. The copper anode undergoes electrolytic stripping in ammonia solution in the anode chamber. The cathode chamber of the cell is filled with an alkali solution.
EFFECT: method enables continuous control of the process of obtaining cuprammonium solution and increases purity and output of the end product.
