FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: preparation method of coke for hydraulic discharge involves removal of liquid coking products from pores and channels of coke in vacuum of 40-60 mm Hg and at temperature of 440-460°C during 2-3 hours and coke cooling with recirculated water obtained from the previous similar operation, with subsequent flow increase in the size providing the decrease of reactor temperature at velocity of not more than 50-60°C/hour.
EFFECT: invention allows improving the quality of recirculated water from coke cooling, namely reducing the content of oil products in water for the purpose of its repeated use and rejecting the consumption of fresh water.
