FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture. In the method, morphological criteria of agricultural production facilities are determined simultaneously in several areas of production, and individual continuous control is carried out in every area of production in case deviations of morphological parameters are detected by actions of anthropogenic and natural character. Additionally video-digital survey is carried out in agricultural producing areas and agroecological territories within natural administrative borders of an area and a region, by means of a structurally organised system of remote video filming and registration of video-digital images of geographically-distributed facilities of multisectoral technologies for production of agricultural goods, air and water agroecological environments. Spatial borders of coverage, quantity, composition and behaviour dynamics of heterogeneous facilities of agricultural production areas and agroecological environments are identified using optical spectral and space-time contrasts of their morphological criteria on video-digital images. Survey results are sent using information-communication networks into information-analytics centres of a dispatcher's service. They are distributed among sector and area databases, and after their comparison to each other and relative to innovation trends of sector database development, production of heterogeneous agricultural goods is controlled in agricultural enterprises of the region using automation facilities of specialised information-analytics complexes of the dispatcher's service, which carry out sectoral innovation restructurisation of an agricultural enterprise during agricultural goods production cycles of many years and variation of parameters and modes of operation of geographically distributed facilities in real time mode.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to expand functional capabilities of controlling geographically distributed multisectoral production of agricultural goods due to higher efficiency and accuracy of agricultural processes control with reduction of material and power inputs for realisation of agrotechnological processes.
