SUBSTANCE: method to remove feline excrements consists in removal of feline excrements from a mat placed into a vessel. The mat is washed and dried. At the same time in process of drying the vessel is moved to ensure shaking, tilting, mixing of mat granules. The lower or lateral side of the vessel is exposed to action in process of mat drying. The device for removal of feline excrements comprises a vessel for location of the mat, a device for mat washing, a device for mat drying. The drying device is made as capable of moving the vessel in process of mat drying to ensure shaking, tilting, mixing of mat granules in process of drying. The device for removal of feline excrements additionally comprises a separator, a drive of relative displacement between the vessel and the separator, a distributor device and a controller. The separator is put in action for partial rubbing out and scraping of the mat and feline excrements left in the vessel. The separator comprises a scoop, which is hingedly connected to a cantilever. The distributing device comprises a memory for information storage. The controller controls operation of the distributing device. The controller inspects authorisation of this distributing device for usage. The controller permits operation only if authorisation is confirmed. The controller identifies the quantity of substance per dose, the required number of doses, the quantity of the substance that has already been distributed and quantity of remaining substance doses.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of mat drying.
