SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to field of surgery and can be used for prevention of purulent complications in patients with high risk of their development. Complex of cytokines, incubated from blood of patient with interleukin-2, is introduced into the area of post-operative wound edges through polychlorvinyl tubes installed symmetrically at the distance 1.5 cm from the wound edges under superficial fascia of abdomen into deep layer of subcutaneous cellular tissue in amount 5 ml of solution per each 2 cm of wound length, on the 1-st and 3-rd day of post-operative period. Even distribution and high concentration of cytokines in deep layer of adipose cellular tissue contributes to healing of wounds by primary tension.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to realise treatment of patients with high risk of development of purulent complications of post-operative wounds due to creation of high concentration and even distribution of medication.
