SUBSTANCE: patient's blood is taken to produce a leukocyte-platelet mass to be cultured with interleukin-2 and thereafter centrifuged to recover a supernatant containing a complex of autologous cytokines. A prosthesis is introduced. Then a separate skin puncture is made 1-1.5 cm below an operative approach in a projection of a lateral edge of the prosthesis. A perforated tube is introduced into an inguinal canal through the puncture; the tube length is specified so that its distal end is found at a pubic tubercle. The tube is placed in the inguinal canal above the prosthesis, below and parallel to a spermatic cord. The complex of autologous cytokines is introduced into the tube at 1 ml per each cm of the prosthetic area on the 1^st and 3^rd postoperative days.

EFFECT: method enables preventing developing complications of the postoperative wound when inserting the prosthesis, creating the high concentration of the complex of autologous cytokines directly in the area of developing inflammatory reaction on the prosthesis as a foreign matter that ensures reducing an exudative component of the inflammation and improving a local specific immunity thereby reducing a risk of developing wound complications and enhancing prosthesis penetration.
