FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely surgery and may be used as the prevention of wound complications in abdominoplasty. For this purpose, the immunotherapy is carried out with underlying administration of antibiotics and wound drainage. At first, 200 ml of patient's blood is taken into Hemacon system and thereafter separated by centrifugation at 3700 rpm for 20 minutes to plasma and leuko-thrombocyte and erythrocyte masses. The erythrocyte mass and plasma are returned into the patient. The leuko-thrombocyte mass is added with 200 ml of 0.9% NaCl solution to repeat centrifugation in the same mode for 20 minutes. A supernatant is removed. The leuko-thrombocyte mass is culture with 500000 IU of recombinant interferon-2 and 200 ml of 0.9% NaCl solution for 60 minutes at 37°C. Then, the centrifugation is repeated in the same mode to recover the supernatant containing an autologous cytokine complex. The prepared liquid is injected into subcutaneous fat within the area of tissue dissection in specific points. The first point is at 5 cm up from the postoperative cicatrix at the midline. The second point is at 5 cm up from the postoperative cicatrix on the left from the midclavicular line. The second point is at 5 cm up from the postoperative cicatrix on the right from the midclavicular line. The fourth point is found in the middle of a segment connecting the xiphoid and umbilicus. The solution is introduced into the first point in parallel to the postoperative cicatrix on the left and right in a dose of 5 ml with needle extraction. The solution is introduced into the second and third points in parallel to the postoperative cicatrix in the lateral direction and perpendicular to the postoperative cicatrix back from the cicatrix in a dose of 5 ml with needle extraction. The solution is introduced into the fourth point along the midline towards the cicatrix and back from the cicatrix in a dose of 5 ml with needle extraction. The solution is introduced on the 1st and 3rd postoperative days.
EFFECT: method allows preventing the local wound complications following abdominoplasty by carrying out the local cytokine therapy into specific points that provides higher non-specific immunity and immune responsiveness within the surgical wound.
