FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to immunology, and to a combined vaccine for the immunoprophylaxis of measles, contagious parotitis and rubella. Vaccine comprises a measles virus strain, a contagious parotitis virus strain, a rubella virus strain and a stabilizing agent. Wherein stain Leningrad-16 is used as a measles virus strain, strain Leningrad-3 is used as a contagious parotitis virus strain, wherein stain Leningrad-16 and Leningrad-3 are cultivated on trypsinized primary cells of Japanese quail embryos, strain RA27/3, cultured on the culture of human diploid cells MRC-5, is used as a rubella virus strain. Composition of the active ingredients of the vaccine per one vaccine dose comprises: measles virus – not less than 1,000 (3.0 lg) of tissue cytopathic doses (TCD50); rubella virus – not less than 1,000 (3.0 lg) of TCD50; parotitis virus - not less than 10,000 (4.0 lg) of TCD50.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of producing a stable combined trivalent vaccine for the immunoprophylaxis of measles, contagious parotitis and rubella.
