SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for mixing transfer of fluid media with heat exchange to be used for heat exchange, mixing and reactions in low- and high-viscosity fluids, for example, polymers and foodstuffs. Device comprises case 2 with internal devices. Internal devices comprise first hollow structure 5 to allow first fluid 6 to flow there through and to be flown by second fluid 7. Second fluid 7 flows along main flow direction 76 running along case lengthwise axis 3. Internal devices comprise second hollow structure 105 to allow first fluid 6 to flow there through and to be flown by second fluid 7. Second hollow structure is located crosswise relative to first hollow structure. Hollow structures 5, 105 feature flow cross section of first width B1 and second width B2. Note here that B1/B2 ratio exceeds unity while B1 is directed perpendicular to plane including case lengthwise axis 3, or line parallel with said lengthwise axis 3 and axis of hollow structure 5, 105.
EFFECT: increased homogeneity of mix.
